Closest one I could find for free (didn't think you wanted to pay for a font) is VCR OSD Mono Regular on fontzillion. urban jungle font Fontsquirrel has a great system for matching fonts it is a little obtuse and difficult to work with but is great for matching a font based on an image. japanese font Hope this helped you out
